I am soooo wildly excited to tell you all about FAT GIRL FLOW MERCH!!!! If you watch my Youtube channel, or follow me on instagram, you likely already know that my merchandise line went live this weekend!!!

I started writing so that I could share my story, and connect with other people like myself. I was staring down the face of a million preconceived notions, and a lifetime of self hate, and I knew that the journey I was on was an important one. I knew that loving myself meant thinking radically and opening myself up to things that I hadn’t yet considered. I had to become super vulnerable and ask other’s “Do you hear me? Am I alone?”, while sharing my experiences, my hang ups, and some times the parts of myself that I’m not so proud of. And you were all there to listen, to validate, and to support me.

Thank you for sharing this journey with me. Loving myself has proven to be the most worthwhile endeavor I have ever taken on, and you’ve all been through it with me. Thank you, my little flow family!
